1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or receipt)

  • The item is not a final sale or custom product

📦 We currently do not accept returns for used, damaged (from misuse), or dishwasher-damaged items.

 

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange based on your request.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used toys

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., placed in dishwasher)
